I am so confused. I have 2 mice, Deathadder series, I bought wireless headsets 2 months ago.

 

Suddenly the razer-software refuses to detect any of the mice and not the headsets either. I can find no help on this, but I have seen that others have had this issue.

 

I reinstalled the driver from the Cd that came with the deathadder, still did not work. The new downloads does not work.

 

I won’t buy anything from Razer while this is a thing.

 

Anyone have a solution for this?

 

Oh, and is there no way to actually get in touch with Razer?

Were you able to check for OS updates? Try using the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a message via PM along with the serial numbers of your devices so I can validate them and look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
