writing again since one of razer supports just ignoring me i cant configure my razer hyperpolling wireless dongle for my razer hyperspeed v3 when i enter synapse to configure i only see 1 second of settings and then straight grey screen i already updated dongle and mouse and updated synapse ane reinstalled it and used diffrent usb cabels and plugged in pc. Since of my country i didnt bought dongle on official site and on cardbox i only have pm thing no sn

If you continue to experience the issue, please send me a PM with the serial number which you can view at the bottom of your mouse composed of 15 alphanumeric characters so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team. Can you also send a photo of the blank tab so I can include it as well? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
