Razer is a bad joke

I am not sure I get it. Not having a battery indicator is not a big deal. If you dont have the dock, synapse can tell you. Dont have a windows machine, you can use a virtual machine or run bootcamp on your macbook. If you are that afraid of the battery running out, just charge it every night or smt. Its not razers fault for excluding a feature that can be achieved from their software which btw is great. If you are using macos, you will be using synapse 2, which is inferior and should not be compared to what they have now. Why are you so obsessed with the battery indicator? Battery life is bad? Well I know people who can use it with RGB on for almost a week without charging. Either you got a defect, you are lying, or you are exaggerating. No the dock isnt useless and it works as per normal without any issue. It sounds a lot like user error at this point. Last, no there are not worse. Try buying one and your hands would be resting on sharp plastic, with a sensor that is so bad that it cant track at all. You would not get mousefeet, it will be usb 2, and the drivers would be nowhere to be found.

It's a great mouse and software, but don't use it with a Mac since it's not supported. I'd probably just sell it and get something Mac compatible and save the headache. Nearly everything you own is made in China and it is no indicator of quality. Country of origin doesn't matter at all, the engineering drawings and design do. I currently use the Basilisk x Hyperspeed, Seiren X, and Kiyo on both Windows and macOS devices. Now while I understand the frustration on the general lack of Razer Synapse support on Apple devices, all of them work fine on their base core functions. I knew that when I purchased my Basilisk, I would not have Synapse properly on my mac. I still committed anyways cause it serves my general needs on my mac and my gaming needs on my Windows computer. While it will be great to have the same user and device experience regardless of the operating system, I disagree to blame Razer here for your experience when no instances on their product pages indicated support for macOS.

I was fooled in buying a basilisk with dock. 1) There is no battery indicator. WTF you create a wireless product and omit the most important information (notice: not everybody have Windows machines nor want to show the battery level on the dock) 2) Synapse software is heavy AF and useless. It won't even show the battery level on tray (I had to write my own driver to do so in MacOS, and I was able only because other people did the heavy work before me). 3) The battery is ridiculous. With white led on maximum, it won't last even half a day! 4) The dock is totally useless. You need to put the mouse to charge, it won't recognize, then you pull off, then you try again, they you get angry and plug an USB cable because the dock is f*** useless. Razer mouses are worst than US$ 1,50 chinese mouses (oh, wait, my basilisk was made in china... but you got the point). You guys suck. A LOT!

honestly i think this is some user error and bad experience on his first time coz i know exactly how he fell ( i used to be like this guy long long time ago .... ) and one day when he understand, he just laugh it when he remember

You are incorrect. The Razor Kiyo Pro page includes a down load for Synapse 2 for Mac. Unfortunately, it does not work on Mac. On opening, it says to connect a Razer device even though the camera is already connected. It does work on Zoom, for instance, but I wanted Synapse so I could zoom in. Very disappointing.
