My mouse dropped to the floor from my desk, and now the right mouse button feels so sensitive. It works fine but it's not making clicking noises and like I said, it's too sensitive that if you tap it lightly it would register the "click" unlike the left mouse button which is working normally.

+1I think it will be hard to fix it without disassembly.
Mostly from your description something is wrong with the right mouse switch (bent spring inside?). But also other part could bent, causing light clicks.
