Hi, yesterday I turned on my PC and it stopped for a couple of minutes on mobo logo - it showed me that something is not right. When Windows started up (Win 10 Pro) I heared sound of connecting and disconneting usb device. After quick search it appeared to be usb cable to docking station to my Razer Mamba 2012 mouse. I chcecked pluging to any other USB port (2.0, 3.0, 3.1 - 6 ports) - it was the same at every port. So I checked my other PC-just the same. I removed dock from manager devices, no difference. Any suggestions?
Hello!
I am sorry to hear that your mouse is not working at the moment. A possible problem is that your dongle and mouse have disconnected. There and many YouTube tutorials on how to fix this problem that you could try. Another possible solution could be to simply plug your cable back into your mouse. I hope this has helped you with your troubles. I have also found a video that might help
I’ve found the solution. At the begining It was unable to update or change the firmware because it stoped at the start and all the time I ‘ve been hearing this sound of plugged in and plugged off usb device. But then I turned on the button on the dock for a couple of seconds and it started flashing. After the update (I’ve actually installed the same version of the firmware) dock is working normally.
Thats great to hear!
Hope I was able to help you
