Was using my mamba wireless when out of nowhere the left click just stopped working. I tried plugging it in but it wont work wired or wireless. I bought the mouse less than a year ago around Christmas time. The mouse isn't even a year old. All other features on the mouse work right click, scolling, scroll click, dpi up and down, and the side buttons. I also set the mouse to reactive and the lighting turns on for every button except for the left click.

Try updating the drivers, if that doesn’t work, you can hit it as hard as you ca— jk jk don’t do that, but you can get it fixed if you got Razer Care. It seems that the power isn’t going to your left click and that is what is causing this.
Sadly the Mamba mice line have issues left n right a lot of the times so I gave up on using/buying Mamba mouse (any model btw) and I just stick to the legends such as DeathAdder n Basilisk, suggest you do the same as they JUST put out the Wireless DeathAdder this week ;)
Best ever made Mamba mouse tho can be seen @ https://www.pcgamer.com/razer-mamba-rgb-wireless-gaming-mouse-review/ (btw I own this version of the Mamba mouse, it was definitely the best iteration/version they produced in the Mamba's lineup)

Try different PC without drivers, or create new. clean Synapse profile.
It might be faulty mouse switch, if you have warranty RMA it.
