The mouse suddenly stopped working after watching a 10 minute video and not using it during that time. Neither the dongle or wire works for the mouse, and when the wire is plugged in, the rgb lights immediately shut off. The mouse is definitely charged as I usually use it wired and has always been plugged in.

Time to replace this one I’m afraid man, Mamba mice haven’t been made for around 4-5 years now as Razer discontinued this line so there is no more support for them.
The best ones to replace it with is the Cobra Pro, DeathAdder V3 Pro or the Viper V3 Pro.
P.S. The Cobra Pro is compatible with the Mouse Dock Pro, which is the dock that replaced the old docks that came with some of the Mambas in their time.
