So i bought my razer mouse from store and I cant asign new razer product in razer synpase. So I am looking for help and any advice could be helpful. Razer mouse is:Razer Deathadder Chroma

    Razer DeathAdder Chroma is using Synapse 2.0 software, be sure, that you have 2.0 version, and not Synapse 3.

    I know and I downloaded synapse 2 but It doesnt load my mouse.

    Uninstall Synapse software, go to windows device manager, remove Deathadder from device list (with drivers), download CCleaner and cleanup your PC (and important - cleanup also windows registry). Reboot OS, install Synapse again.
