hi guys, i just get my firfly v2 (type-hard) and its realy nice, but my RAZER NAGA HEX MOBA is not working on the pad. why is that ? what can u do ?

I have the same issue. This is really frustrating for such an expensive mouse pad. What can we do? Also Naga Hex
