Hello, two weeks ago I bought a Razer Naga V2 Pro mouse with different side panels.
while playing on a 12-button panel, it disconnects as if one button 1 or 2 or 3 looks different
and I'm looking for an answer on the internet and I can't find it
my question is is my mouse damaged

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
