Razer naga trinity connection issues

Hi I bought a brand new Razer naga trinity mice and first time i connected it to my laptop it worked perfectly, lights were on and all buttons worked. But next day I turned on my laptop and nothing, I tried changing the port it was pluged in but no lights and even the cursor was not moving. When I look into the optical sensor I can see a red light but thats all. Can anyone please help me get it back to work.
