Razer Naga Trinity Right Mouse Button Hold Issue

So here's my problem when trying to CONSTANTLY HOLD DOWN the right mouse button, for example to aim in a video game, when you click the left mouse button the right is released. Is this a known software issue or is this a hardware issue?     Hardware issue i am afraid, your best bet is to get it RMA'ed.
