Razer Naga Trinity Warcraft

Hey, could use some help here.

I've had the Razer Naga Trinity for about 3 years now, and I love the physical mouse, but I'm struggling with the accompanying Razer Synapse Software.

I've been playing Warcraft Classic for about 3 years with the mouse with no problems, having been able to map the side keys (I use the circle layout) without problems.
About 3 months or so ago, I noticed that all my keybinds (profile) have been deleted, possibly due to a Razer software update.
Now my keys are no longer bound, and only correspond to the buttons as they are numbered.  Meaning, if I press the mouse button 3, it will only activate the corresponding keyboard button 3 in the game.
I used to have it where mouse button 3 activated action button 9 in the game, etc.

How can I recover my old profile, if possible at all?
If not possible, how can I bind the keys to correspond to different action buttons in the game, meaning, for example, if I want the mouse button 3 to correspond to the action button 9 in the game?

I love the game, and I've loved using the Naga so far, so I'd very, very much appreciate help with this.
Synapse has been a counterintuitive nightmare for me so far :(
