I have seen others have this issue, my mouse is probably just over a year old & i’ve had the issue where my mouse won’t stop scrolling down, I paid a lot of money for this, troubleshooted this in everyway that has been suggested. I will provide the serial number if staff will respond.

Have you tried cleaning the scroll wheel with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Can you also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the scroll issue? Please include a short video clip demonstrating the issue so I can check it. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
