Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed. The connection is unstable.

Mouse Model: Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed (purchased in February 2024)

Issue: The connection is unstable. The mouse randomly disconnects for 1–10 seconds, sometimes 5 times in just 2–3 minutes.

Troubleshooting steps I've already tried:

  • Reinstalled Windows

  • Tried different batteries

  • Reinstalled Razer Synapse and drivers

  • Performed a mouse reset

  • Successfully updated the dongle firmware

  • Tried to update the mouse firmware, but the DfuNagaV2HS device doesn't appear in the Bluetooth list, so the update can't proceed

  • Connected the mouse to other computers (Windows and macOS)

  • Tested without installing Synapse

  • Disabled 2.4GHz Wi-Fi on the router

Unfortunately, none of these steps helped.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions or guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Can you download the USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility and follow the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
