Hello! My mouse has had zero issues up to about 2 months ago when it suddenly stopped holding a charge.
Everything I’ve tried thus far:
- Plugging in with a different USB-C cable in a different computer, stays at 0%
- Have it plugged in and it can work as a wired mouse, but as soon as it’s unplugged it immediately dies
- Cleaning the contact points for the input mouse port
- Updated firmware for both dongle and mouse itself
Nothing has worked and I’m extremely concerned.
I have had this mouse for not even 2 years [July 14th 2024] and this is the first consistent incident of fault that I’ve had for the past 2 months. And would really like some assistance.
