hi there,

i use razer naga pro v2 about 3 month until  now. have a question about low power indicator.

i ever use naga pro v1 and cobra pro before, if these mouse battey level reach low level,  razer rgb logo  will blink red repeatly. 

but this naga pro v2 i use until 3% battery level,  lighting still static depending light setting i use, it not blinking red for give us a warning for low power and need to charge it asap. but if i log out synapse it will blinking indicate mouse  in low power.

i try update synapse today from synapse 3 to 4, and give same result. power already low. but low power indicator not working if synapse on.

please need advice for fix this problem
