Has anyone had issues with the number buttons on the side continuously spamming either the 1 or 9 buttons? This has just started happening to me and it is getting very annoying. Tried to contact the support about the issue but it is out of warranty.

    Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you clean the 12-button thumb grid with a can of compressed air and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue you're currently experiencing.

    ​@Razer.Ten  I sprayed out as much as I could across all of the button, around the mouse wheel, pretty much everywhere I could blow air to try and clean it out. I tried uninstalling all the drivers and any software and the problem immediately happens when I plug in the mouse. I’ll get the SN sent over in a moment
