Razer Naga X CRP Disabld

I use a Raza Naga X (RZ01-0359) and  error came up saying “CRP disabled” and the mouse was not detected at all by the laptop & the RGB lights were off.  The problem occurred when I launched Razer Synapse.

Is there a solution for this?

Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your Naga’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
