razer opus late 2020

Hello everyone, I have a Razer Opus late 2020, and it won't turn on.
When I connect it to the charger, the indicator light shows that it's fully charged, and it connects to my phone and the app.
When I disconnect the cable, the indicator light turns off and doesn't respond to the power button.
I removed the panel from the left earbuds, disconnected the battery, and reconnected it, but it didn't work.
The app shows a 100% charge, but what else can I do?
