Question

Razer Orochi V2 no light

My Orochi V2 suddenly stopped working. At first, I thought it is the battery issue, but after replacing it, the mouse still shows no battery indicator LED when powered on. I also tried a firmware update, but when it reached the step of connecting the mouse to BT, the process failed because the pairing indicator on the mouse was not blinking.

Is there anything else I can try to fix it, or is it completely dead? Thank you.

Ugh… may be dead. You can also check if the sensor is still working by pointing phone camera on it (you’ll see some purple-ish beam).

I assume you’ve tried to test it via BT and the 2.4GHz dongle?

Yes, I tried either way. I guest it is time to get a new mouse T_T

Probably it’s time. Unless you still have valid warranty for it?
