Razer Orochi V2 no light

My Orochi V2 suddenly stopped working. At first, I thought it is the battery issue, but after replacing it, the mouse still shows no battery indicator LED when powered on. I also tried a firmware update, but when it reached the step of connecting the mouse to BT, the process failed because the pairing indicator on the mouse was not blinking.

Is there anything else I can try to fix it, or is it completely dead? Thank you.

Ugh… may be dead. You can also check if the sensor is still working by pointing phone camera on it (you’ll see some purple-ish beam).

I assume you’ve tried to test it via BT and the 2.4GHz dongle?

Yes, I tried either way. I guest it is time to get a new mouse T_T

Probably it’s time. Unless you still have valid warranty for it?

This just happened to me this week. I tried switching batteries, connected to a different PC. Lights are off, neither BT or the 2.4Ghz dongle work, the mouse is dead. I tried updating the FW, it updated the dongle but failed to connect to the mouse.

Hey @ZiG_SAS,

It does seem that your mouse is already defective. If you’re still within the 2-year warranty period, please send me a PM with the serial number together with a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include them when I create your case. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
