Razer orochi v2 sensor tracking

Just bought this one, does not track well at all on my Glorious elements ice pads. Anyone with same or similar pads who has the same issues?

    Similar issue with my glorious pad. Razer has acknowledged some of the Orochi’s have botched sensors. Something about the feet around the sensor being improperly implemented. Open a ticket with support and tell them yours is an affected unit. They’ll honor an RMA. They’re honoring mine.
