So I bought a razer pro click awhile ago when I bought myself a brand-new Alienware laptop and I was using the 2.4g receiver on the laptop every thing worked just fine. But then I decided to send the laptop back because I didn’t like it so when I sent it back I accidently left the receiver in the laptop. And was using the Bluetooth feature of the mouse during that time not realize I left it in the laptop months later. So now I was stuck with either cable or Bluetooth obviously I'm going to choose Bluetooth, so one day I was switching between both pc’s I own via Bluetooth when I shut down the pc it was connected to it just wouldn't go into Bluetooth pairing mode and its been like this for months and I cant figure out to do I cant update the mouse because I don’t have the receiver as show in the video below. PLEASE HELP!!

Trying to get some traction on this from Razer;

The Razer Pro Click suffers from a known, reproducible, and irreversible Bluetooth failure mode caused by corruption of the internal Bluetooth pairing table stored in the BT controller’s NVRAM. This memory cannot be reset by the user, cannot be cleared through Synapse, and is not touched by firmware updates. Once corrupted, the Bluetooth subsystem becomes permanently bricked, leaving the mouse functional only in wired and 2.4 GHz modes.
The only true fix would be for Razer to release a firmware or software tool capable of resetting or reflashing the Bluetooth controller’s internal memory.
As of today, no such tool exists.
This is a product‑level flaw, not a user mistake.

    Do you know why?

    I’ve been struggling with my mouse the last few days at first noticing an intermittent delay in the left click which can at times be very frustrating.

    After installing various software from razer my pc started to lag constantly in games and it seemed to destroy the ability to connect my mouse via bluetooth.

    Using a cable has been janky for months, it keeps connecting and dis-connecting, so unusable wired, unusable bluetooth.. However I have manged to get it to find the mouse after a lot of uninstalling drivers software updates and resets. Still i’m left with an intermittent lag.

    When installing synapse 2 as this reportedly did not cause games to lag it could not find my mouse and i’m left with software I can’t use.

    This is crazy making. I bought this mouse on the advice of my brother who said it was the best out there.

    May your mice run free and wild
