Hi Support! Recently bought a Pro Click v2 Vertical Edition as a gift, and the device seems to be bricked. Plugged it in, it updated/installed in Synapse, then after a restart, never turned on again in wired OR wireless mode.
Important notes:
- The power indicators on top and bottom both do not work.
- Have tried it on another computer, same issue.
- Have tried holding every individual button for a long time, no reset.
- Plugging in with different cables that are verified to be working all result in the same dead result.
- Left it plugged in for 4 hours to see if it needed to charge, no luck.
Would love to know how to remedy this, or if the device simply needs to be replaced. Also, if this were to happen again on a replacement, would we be able to fix it outside of warranty? Is this as simple as there being no power button for OFF, so there’s no way to reset it unless we were to open it up and disconnect the internal battery?
