Razer Strider Chroma not work

My friend bought me a Razer Strider Chroma. It's recognized on the device and in the Razer app, but the colors aren't working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and also turning off Windows backlighting.

When your Razer Strider Chroma is recognized but the colors aren’t working, it usually indicates a driver caching issue or a conflict with Windows Dynamic Lighting overriding the RGB profile.
