Razer Synapse 3 and 4 not changing keybinds

Hi, how are you doing? Hope youre fine.
So, I’m trying to set up my Naga again and I want to change the side numbers to functions, and I’ve done that in the past. But now, only the numbers (1234567890-=) appear, and I’ve changed profiles and nothing happens. On the back of the mouse there is a yellow light and it doesnt change. The profile changer button still works fine tho.
