For context: I ended up going from Synapse 3 over to 4. When I did, my Razer Naga X started to disconnect randomly. Long story short, I ended up fixing the problem by disabling the lighting settings for the mouse(when I could actually use it long enough before a disconnect). But now the issue persists after a temporary lull.
Is there a another solution to this issue that is out there? At this time, I can’t even use the mouse anymore. Seems like the earlier fix isn’t working anymore.
Any advice is appreciated.
