I have a Razer Basilisk V3 and whenever I plug in the mouse and the synapse detects it, the mouse freezes and everything stops working, the buttons, sensor and even the lighting freezes.
Help me I am not even able to reset the mouse and have even tried using the mouse in other devices and the same happens whenever the mouse is detected
The mouse works perfectly until it's not detected or the synapse is not running but without the synapse I can not change anything on the mouse
