I have a Razer v2 x Hyperspeed mouse. It was working fine until recently, where it started randomly cutting out. I reinstalled the software, reinstalled the driver and did a clean reinstall of windows and everything and it still wasn’t working (It would cut out for like 2 seconds and come back for 1). Then I checked settings and saw that the battery was at 0%, so I swapped the battery but it still showed up as 0%. I’ve gone through almost 5 new batteries but it still doesn’t work. I think it may be a hardware problem but I may be wrong. (for context I only use bluetooth mode bc I lost the hyperspeed dongle) (I play on laptop windows 11)
