Hello, I got the mouse and unfortunately I have a problem as soon as I switch to 8000HZ in the software and then go into a game such as CSGO, Apex and so on, then it is extremely difficult how can I fix it

Not all games can support 8kHz (due to some game engine limitations - as far as I know Overwatch have option to support 8kHz mice).
Also what are your PC specs? 8kHz is more CPU intensive, so if it's not good enough, the game can stutter.

It can be USB 3.0, all of them have 8kHz polling rate (no matter if it's 3.0 or 3.2 version).
