Razer Viper 8khz disconnects when lifted off the mousepad

I’ve had the mouse for almost a year now, and I have been experiencing this problem where whenever I lift the mouse of the pad it immediately disconnects.

I have tried to use the support in the discord (Saiso) and didn’t manage to solve it, What I did notice is that this issue only appears to be on my pc, I have checked if it could be related to power management settings in the usb root hub but it doesn’t seem to be the problem.

I have the latest firmware and the latest synapse version, I do not use a usb hub (connected to the usb 3.0 in my motherboard).

Same problem hear started a few days ago and got worse over time. The mouse reconnects if i put my finger over the sensor and disconnects as soon as I take it off 🤔

It went away for a little while and came back harder after like a month. Ended up just having to throw it away.😞

Try enable "Asymmetric cut-off" in razer synapse, mouse, calibration.
