I have tried every solution for this problem where my razer viper isnt turning on after i was putting my laptop on sleep multiple times, the optical sensor is on but the RBG and everything other than that isnt working. The mouse works on my other laptop but not the one that i am using but before you say it can also be my laptops usb problem, my razer huntsman mini that i connect works fine. I also have this error code 49 in my device manager…. i have tried uninstalling the drivers, updating it, EVERYTHING THAT IS POSSBLE but the error code wont go away.
I REALLY NEED MY MOUSE TO WORK SO PLS HELP ME😢
