My Razer Viper Mini's clicks and RGB lighting are working fine, but the mouse cursor won't move. I looked into it and found that some users experience an issue where the cursor snaps to the edge of the screen—I'm having the exact same problem. I’ve already tried cleaning the sensor and reinstalling the drivers; is there anything else I can do?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your Viper Mini’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
