my viper mini just disconnects and reconnects midway through games. i dont knw what causes it but it disconnects for 1-3 seconds on average sometimes more. i have tried multiple usb ports, still the same. the firmware is fully updated but its still not working. i have tried everything and im not the only one with this problem. pleade help

i cant really tell, i wiggled the cable while moving my moue gently but not much happened. i cant tell when it happens, it doesnt happen more often than others when i move my mouse aggressively but it also happens when im barely moving it sometimes.

yep still the same. could it be something to do with the usb on the mouse ? it looked a bit dirty but i couldnt reeally get anything off

It can be. If you still have warranty, then RMA it.

im out of warranty. do you think there us any temporary fix to last until like christmas or smth? its barely usable

wdym sorry? or is there a better way to see if the problem is coming from the cord?
+1There are multiple ways, but change cable may be the fastest one (the cable can be from different mouse, but must be JST 1.5 connector and may require wire re-pin).
