this is not normal, i have tried everything well not literally, but a lot of things to fix but that doesnt mean i dont want to hear any ways to fix this
the problem my mouse is only disconecting and reconnecting on my pc, when i try it on my friend pc it was working perfectly fine and i also borrow my friend mouse which is the same mouse as me viper mini and it seems to work fine
how is that possible that my mouse only not working on my pc but others is fine
is it windows problem??, bios??, software?? i mean if it is software or like the synapse why does my mouse works perfectly fine on other pc that also have synapse, firmware or drive?? this is also weird bcs my friend mouse is working in my pc and also mine is working on his pc i still does not know which is the exact or atleast in which category this problem in

+1You can boot some linux from live USB (like Ubuntu or Mint) to check if mouse will disconnect or not) so you can eliminate the software problem.
hmmm sure ill try that later, but is it really an os problem thoo, if it is do you know how to fix it, if it is in windows that cause the problem, but its like it doesnt makes any sense my friend mouse which is viper mini works perfectly fine in my pc and mine also work in his pc its just this specific mouse my mouse doesnt work in my pc
Hello, I am also having the same problem with my Razer DeathAdder Essential mouse, where it disconnects and connects occasionally on my PC. There are times when it works normally for days but then it happens again. The truth is that I have tried the same thing as you, using it on another computer with the same operating system and specifications and it works normally, but not on mine. I am thinking about using the warranty. I would like to know if you were able to solve it after a year. Thanks.
