Recently, my razer viper mini had started to flash red 5 times and then turn off when turned on. It happened on every pc/laptop. And then it just stopped working all together, ive tried virtually everything, and nothing has worked. What do I do?

Well since you cannot exactly easily buy a replacement Viper Mini as the Viper Mini has been discontinued as of Summer and got replaced by the Cobra line theres not much you can do but to buy a Cobra Pro or a Viper V2/V3 at this point bud.
So if you do indeed buy the Cobra Pro or Viper V2/V3 to replace your dead Viper Mini, please make sure you update the firmware right away so you get all the latest enhancements/fixes applied to your mouse on day 1 😁

Unfortunately not since usually the symptoms you described originally does unfortunately mean it has met its death and nothing you can really do about that besides to replace it with a newer release since Razer has discontinued the Viper Ultimate and Mini line 😐
I got the Cobra Pro recently and it works great so far. I would just make sure you have the very latest firmware flashed onto the new mouse when you get it because usually past issues/problems have been resolved with latest firmwares.
The Viper V2, DeathAdder V3 Pro, Cobra Pro, Viper V3 HyperSpeed and the Basilisk V3 Pro just got new firmware updates on November 6th actually which include numerous enhancements and fixes.
