Razer Viper Mini - No Power to IR LED

Hello,
I have a razer viper mini on which the cursor pointer was not working, except this all buttons & scroll is working.
I opened it up & checked the IR LED, there was no power & light on it(checked on it via camera), figured it’s broken & replaced it with one of the IR LED’s I had.
Post this also, there is no power to the LED & does not turn on at all. Powering it externally while connected to the board, LED turns on but cursor does not work at all.
My next go to is that probably the track is broken on the board, but nothing visibly is broken!!
Last option is to check is any other component is broken or shorted out, due to which there is power cut off to the LED.
Any suggestions as to how I can proceed with this situation at hand ?!
