I’ve bought my razer viper mini mouse today, when it arrived I hooked it up to my pc, with razer synapse already installed and it just wouldn't show up, I also tried registering my serial or even looking at the warranty but it just says that it doesnt exist in the database

I’ve taken a look at the reviews on the site I bought it from, side buttons and synapse weren’t working, absoloute fake. And I’m pretty sure there's a no-refund policy.
