Hello Razer! I just bought ths Razer Viper Mini and when i try to register it the serial number wont work it says “Unrecognized Serial Number” i tried alot of times doing it and doing different text on it i tried it on the code that is under the mouse and under the box but nothing has worked.

I have the same problem, I've tried everything but no luck.
I have the same problem with my Razer Viper Mini ,also it doesnt detect it in synapse or in the firmware update.
