Razer Viper Mini unresponsive

Hi, whenever my Mac goes to sleep for a bit my viper mini led go off then when I left/right click on my mouse the led turns back on and wakes up the Mac, but the mouse is unresponsive and doesn't move the cursor and none of the buttons work. The only way I've found so far to fix it is by unplugging and plugging the usb back.
