Basilisk have an ergonomic design, light in weight for RTS and FPS games

The newer Viper 8kHz is the same price as the Viper, so I'd take the newer one ;)
Trinity will be more universal (due to interchangeable side panels), but it's heavy AF.
Viper is light, with better optics, better cable, and switches, but less comforable.
I'd take Viper, but it's only my personal opinion.

it depends but razer viper is bad for registering high cps

The important things that I consider in choosing a mouse are the shape and size. I want to make sure that I have a good grip and comfy with it. There is actually a slight difference with Viper and Naga Trinity when it comes to specs. But personally, I would prefer Viper as it has an ambidextrous design and less programmable buttons.
