Is the scroll encoder in Viper V2 Pro is a common issue? bcz I have 2 units and they both have the same problem.

I won’t say it’s a common issue, but encoders fail sometimes, so if you don’t have warranty (and cleaning won’t helped), then don’t hesitate and replace them.

IDK if it’s bad luck, or some sort of JINX, but this encoder issue happened on 3 mice for me (2 vipers V2 pro and G pro superlight)
and the issue is so annoying it affects the quality of browsing/gaming.

Nowadays all parts are made from shitnolite… and it’s not only gaming industry :)
That’s unfortunate, especially when you pay a significantly high price for a TOP tier item, but you get this kind of issues. (my country isnt even supported for shipping when I asked for an RMA, and now i’m out of warranty)
