Can't figure whats going on Razer Customer service was usless

+1Hover on the yellow exclamation mark icon - there should be a hint.
Be aware that not all settings can be stored into onboard memory - some macros like running an application etc.

Just bind one key to profile cycle up to have ability to switch to other profiles (so you'll have access to the others stored onboard when Synapse is not running).
