Hi

I need expert help, I just bought this mouse, when i turned it on it was 40 percent.

Tried charging it in the dock and cord, both

of them are draining percentage even while charging

Any tips on how to resolve this? Thanks

I have exactly the same issue. Battery drains out while on the dock. Mouse charges fine if connected directly via wire.

I think I managed to solve my problem by running the firmware update. Hope it helps for others as well!

omg you actually just saved me. i tried everything from reinstalling every razer software to changing my usb for my dock, etc… this worked. the whole time it had to have been the firmware. thank you so much!!
