Razer Viper Ultimate charging dock doesn't light up (but still charges)

Hello all, I purchased a Viper Ultimate a few days ago, and so far it's been pretty great. However, even though I've plugged in the charging dock and charged the mouse using it, the dock's lights don't light up. Additionally, I can't see the dock in Synapse. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks, Alex
