Razer Viper Ultimate Charing Dock

Hi, I just got a new Razer Viper Ultimate with the charging dock. Whenever I plug my dock into my gaming laptop, the dock doesn't turn on. I followed the steps on how to clean it and that didn't work. Please comment if you know how to fix this problem :)

      Be sure, that cable, that comes into the dock is properly plugged (and all way in), because it's going very deep, and the cable must go inside (instead to be aligned with the dock case). Try different port (USB 3.0) and be sure, that it's not plugged via USB hub.
