Razer Viper Ultimate Dock Replacment

I live in the Philippines with almost zero proper warranty support. I ordered a Razer Viper Ultimate for my wife, through Amazon last March 15. 3 months later, the dock decides to crap out. I mean, it lights up, synapse recognizes it, but it doesnt do the one thing I need it to do, which is charge the mouse. 

I know for sure its the dock because connectung the mouse directly charges it. Using my own razer dock charges my wife's mouse. So the charging mechanism on my wife's dock is broken. 

 

How can I go about getting the dock replaced as I assume it should still be within warranty? I've tried through the Razer help pages and I'm stuck at verifying the s/n. 

 

The dock s/n is 63244U09602155.

If you continue to experience the issue with your mouse dock, please send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the dock charging issue.
