I live in the Philippines with almost zero proper warranty support. I ordered a Razer Viper Ultimate for my wife, through Amazon last March 15. 3 months later, the dock decides to crap out. I mean, it lights up, synapse recognizes it, but it doesnt do the one thing I need it to do, which is charge the mouse.
I know for sure its the dock because connectung the mouse directly charges it. Using my own razer dock charges my wife's mouse. So the charging mechanism on my wife's dock is broken.
How can I go about getting the dock replaced as I assume it should still be within warranty? I've tried through the Razer help pages and I'm stuck at verifying the s/n.
The dock s/n is 63244U09602155.
