When I use my mouse wirelessly, it randomly disconnects for about a second during games.
When wired, it works normally. I have updated drivers, firmware and everything.
I saw someone else had this problem also, any solutions?

Thanks for letting us know about this. Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM along with your Viper Ultimate’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
