Hello, so I have this issue where where my 6 month old Razer Viper Ultimate keeps disconnecting when the dongle is plugged into the dock which makes it unusable, but it works (with some delay, not optimal for gaming) when the dongle is plugged directly into my computer. It used to work but with some few problems, like it disconnecting for a few seconds every now and then. Now I have to play with it plugged in via the cable. This is really annoying since I bought the mouse to play wireless.. any solutions?
